None of them are real - although you do occasionally get questions similar to this kind of stupidity in the first or second weeks of class. Unless you happen to be a friend of someone who never goes to class, then you really might get asked a question like this the week before exams.
Webcomic Trial
I have pretty bad writer's block now. Unfortunately for my blog, my writer's block and my preparation for exams seems to be correlated somewhat. As of such, I thought I'd post a few stupid comics instead. Easier for me to write, simpler to implement and is as sure as hell more fun to read. Maybe. I don't know how fast I can churn these out (since ideas aren't exactly abundant to me), but I think a good goal was the same one I had for blogging - once every three days.
Probably inspired by xkcd, Zero Punctuation and god knows what else I read. Anyway, the conversation didn't really happen IRL. :P
Rock Band Rant Again
Studying and Rock Band coupled together with writer's block = no nice posts. Rock Band is just way too fun to ignore, unfortunately for my test scores. Heh.
Rock Band Is Finally HERE
After so many months after being released in the US, we're finally getting a PAL release of Rock Band that'll run on PAL XBox 360s. While there's still no news on an Australian release date, I've already gotten my copy from the UK. Why did I go for the XBox 360 version? Simply because I already had the guitars and the microphone for the game. By getting the XBox 360 version, I saved myself a couple of bucks, and my apartment from looking literally like a music shop.
Oh yeah, expect a nice long review that'll probably tell you to buy the bloody game anyway.
Gundam 00 Season 1 Completed
Well, I've finally finished watching Gundam 00 Season 1. In my opinion, the pacing was a little slower than Gundam SEED, but considering it's less monotonous and shorter, I'll take it. While they did end the season nicely, with most of the suits destroyed, Earth having united and mass producing GN-X units - the show doesn't hold off on reminding us that a second season is coming. We have Saji Crossroad seemingly being the poor fellow, having been stripped of everything valuable to him, might come into his own in the second season - hopefully doing a little more than standing around and watching people get killed around him.
They reveal that Celestial Being isn't dead, having at least two complete units - perhaps lacking a GN Drive or two - although they haven't revealed Setsuna's fate after the final battle of season one. But knowing Sunrise, nobody's dead until they've melted in a particle beam, gotten stabbed in some vital part. Getting abandoned in space with no apparent means of rescue usually means they're alive.
It's been made clear that some of our main opposition pilots are still alive (even then one that seemingly got erased in a particle beam) and some of our main character pilots are still alive.
As usual, main characters are always too powerful for their own good. 4 pitiful Gundams versus 30 GN-X units plus one Alvatore. And the only survivor of the entire conflict? One damaged GN-X. Highly amusing.
