I got my copy of GTA4 - and it's looking to be OK. I don't think it's a 10 kinda of game, but it sure as hell will get good marks from me. It's probably a must-buy if you own the relevant consoles.
Dead Time
I've gone back to having a lot of dead time - and I just realised - lazing around is pretty fun for me, even when I'm restless. Utility from doing nothing. WTF.
My Thoughts on Battlestar Galactica
I realised that as a fan of Battlestar Galactica, I've never talked about where I think the storyline is going. We now know - and have confirmed 11 of the 12 humanoid Cylon models. There was that odd issue though - one of the Cylon models predate the first Cylon War. And then we have the funny fact that the Cylons have begun to wage war among themselves. There is dissent among the model numbers themselves and among the current commanding six models. It's pretty fun that things are going the way they are.
Strange Day
Peculiar phenomenon are recurring more frequently. I think something is up with the world. Or me.
For the Brotherhood!
I've finished Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath. I like the game - but I'm disappointed that they didn't address most of the question marks left behind by C&C3 Tiberium Wars. All we get is that tidbit at the end where GDI has apparently wiped NOD off the face of the Earth. No news about the Scrin or Kane's journey through the threshold. Unfortunately, I can't recommend that you buy Kane's Wrath, since while it does fill some back story, it doesn't further the story at all, and is more of the same C&C3 gameplay.
I'm recategorising loads of stuff - and finally removing my archaic rule of having only one category per post if at all possible.
