About Me
I’m a not-so-average person within the stereotypes indescribable in the English language that is currently studying in the University of Melbourne. I am obviously, currently in Melbourne, no longer staying along Swanston Street where you will hopefully never find me.
A few known facts about me:
I am a computer geek. I know small amounts of PHP, Visual Basic, Visual C#, C, Python, Lua, C++, HTML, XML, CSS and Flash.
I am also a avid gamer. I have recently converted to mostly console gaming, since PC gaming system requirements are growing at a ridiculous rate. (Yes, my computer won’t run Crysis well, but it sure as hell kicks ass in the Unreal Engine 3 department.)
I’m a fan of Macs. However, I’m no Apple fanboy since I think iPods have subpar sound quality, iPhones are horrible and the MacBook keyboard sucks (the pro one is fine - and yes, I don’t like the new thin ones either).
I have plenty of digital gadgets, to say the least, I own a PSP, an NW-A1000 music player as well as a HTC Hermes. (note how the DS misses this list) - I might be a Sony fanboy. But you can’t exactly blame me - PS3 + PSP is too good too pass up.
I am studying actuarial studies at the University at Melbourne. Don’t let that fool you, since I’m probably among the laziest students in class, rarely copying notes, reading newspapers and playing freecell (and before that, klondike) in class. I also happen to be somewhat a careless person when it comes to exams, so I’ll never hit 90 for any subject.
I’m not the most sociable person, and for the most part I am a slightly cold, detached person. I dislike being at large gatherings, much preferring smaller groups of people. I’ll leave the why to your speculation. ![]()
